Asuka supressing the Devil Gene is done for. She is busy dealing with Lili. She probably has forgotten that she can surpress the Devil Gene.

Or she doesn't know that she has that ability.

But yeah Jun did Surpress Devil from Jin. So in a way she did defeat him

Oh my god...If Jun "defeated" Devil, JIN KAZAMA WOULD NOT HAVE THE DEVIL GENE IN HIM IN THE FIRST PLACE. SHE HAS NOT SURPRESSED DEVIL.

Jun made Jin hesitate in Tekken 4's end game. It was Jin who willingly subdued himself before killing Kaz and Hei. He wasn't fully transformed. He says "thank Jun Kazama" because even though he himself receeded his transformation, Jun's premonition gave way to the hesitance.

So Jun didn't defeat Devil Jin, rather she was a catalyst. Where was she during Tekken 6 then where Jin was at the peak of being influenced by Devil Jin? It's emtirely possible that the Jun premonition/vision was all in Jin's head aka not real.

Remember when Harada retconned Jun being dead to "missing"? His reasoning was that it was in Jin's heaf that Ogre beheaded Jun in the T3 opening or some other whack ass explanation.

Maybe because she was attacked by Ogre? Not a devil... just because Jin who has the devil gene defeated it doesn't mean Jun can't defeat him (Jin). Jin was weak and was easily knocked out irc by Ogre. He underwent training and defeated Ogre. Also let's not forget Kazuya beat Heihachi and Heihachi beat him back. Then Heihachi was beaten by Kazuya again. Just because they have the devil gene doesn't mean that Jun can't surpress them. Take a look at the Jun + Devil Jin winpose. Not once did the Devil Gene showed until Jun went missing. Yes Jin was born with the devil gene but with Jun it was surpressed. Therefore strength has nothing to do with it. But instead Power. Jun has that mysterious power and even Kazuya knows it.

Also Ogre is much more stronger than Heihachi and therefore stronger than than the Devils. Jin didn't defeat Ogre with strength alone. He used power. A bloodcurling rage for avengance. So therefore Jun was beaten by Ogre. That's why she didn't appear in Tekken 5 or 6.

Also remember she isn't dead. Jin only thinks she is. and that vision you were talking about... the one with ogre holding a head. That isn't Jun's head btw. Harada confirmed.

Yes, she WAS attacked by Ogre, Jin wanted to protect his mother, despite that Jun wanted him to run away from Ogre.

Jin defeated Ogre by pure strength and rage. Not power.

Like I said before, the reason why Harada said Jun was "missing" instead of "dead" is to make Jun fans STFU about it. If they put her in T7, what will be her story? Will she explain her dissapearance? I don't think so.

EXACTLY she was attacked by Ogre. Whom FYI is not a devil so I don't see any relevance whatsoever to her having the ability to SURPRESS the devil gene. I didn't say she got rid of the devil gene. Jin was born with it. Jun can sense the devil gene in Jin and suppressed it therefore defeating Devil. Devil Jin didn't make its appearance till AFTER JUN DISAPPEARED.

Funny you should say that... Heihachi is strong yet he was defeated AND morphed. Jin did actually have rage and that gave him power... I did say he didn't defeat Ogre with Strength alone...

Harada did say he was going to bring Jun back into Tekken 7 irc he said that Jun was missing not DEAD Jin think she's DEAD but she's not DEAD. She's involved with the Mishimas because of Kazuya. It would make sense if she appears in Tekken 7 she may not explain her disappearance or we may get a glimpse of what happened when she was attacked. Because as far as we know. We were in Jin's POV and she disappeared, not died.

Heihachi? Morph into what? Are you talking about Blood Vengeance? He doesn't have the Débil Gene in him, unlike Kazuya and Jin.
