Avatar and Signature settings.

Avatars are allowed with a maximum size of 200 pixels in width by 200 pixels in height.

Signatures are allowable with a maximum size of 500 pixels in width by 300 pixels in height(the image of your signature). Text can also be added below the image and will not be counted as part of the 500x300 above. Only one image is allowed to be used in your signature.
