Jin defeated Ogre
Turned into Devil Jin for the first time
been captured by Heihachi in Hon-Maru
Escaped while Heihachi and Kazuya dealt with Jack-4s
which eventually Kazuya escaped and Honmaru exploding Resurrecting Jinpachi
which Jin also defeated
became MZ Leader
And caused Chaos all over the world
which Freed Azazel
Jin Sacrificed himself to defeat Azazel

Where was Jun through all that?
Why didnt she come back between those points?

There's got to be a reason why she didnt appear

If she isnt dead then she wouldve appeared within those points?

Because she was supposed to be dead after Tekken 2 but the fans didn't like that so Harada retconned it into Jun being Missing as of the release of TTT2.
